I would strongly recommend this company

I had a wonderful experience with Ratliff Contracting. My house had an ongoing problem that no one seemed to know how to tackle. My Project Manager Phil Crawford assured me they would be able to fix the issues and would work with me until it was taken care of. The owner, Bryan Ratliff, was here during the work and answered all my questions. They were quick to respond when I had concerns. I would highly recommend them!

Great company very professional and stand behind their work. Phil and Seth answered all my questions and concerns. Cleaned gutters after replacing roof and picked up all debris and nails around my house. Roof is looking great! I am very satisfied with quality of job and product and will recommend Ratliff to my friend.

Quality of product, follow through of conversations, explanations of scope, quality of workmanship, personable, got in did the job efficiently. And did the job with no cost overruns. That is a 10 out of 10. And if my kids were to read this, they would say; yea, and now comes the "but"... And they would be wrong! It's nice to know there are companies that do what they say they are going to do! Phil, David, Brian and the crew were all personal, professional and seemed to enjoy their work! Great job one and all.
